The Perfect Way to Promote a School........

What better way to promote a school to attract fee-paying parents in the private sector than an online prospectus with a fully interactive 360imagery virtual tour?

360imagery virtual tour of Thomas Cowley School in Lincolnshire

Thomas Cowley High School in Lincolnshire wanted a bespoke virtual tour to promote what they have to offer to potential students and parents. The benefits of an online prospectus with a 360imagery virtual tour are clear - not only does it show off the location and all the facilities at their very best, but it is accessible 24 hours a day, every day, all over the world (i.e. great for attracting International students too).

As all 360imagery virtual tours are bespoke designed, there is nothing 'off the shelf' about our end result - it is a really interactive marketing medium that appeals to audiences of all ages. Check it out for yourself by either clicking here, or on the post image above.

360imagery have worked with a number of Schools, Universities and Academies over the years (click here to see Universities & Schools page of our website), and so we were really chuffed to win the competitive tender for Thomas Cowley. It also means we have the experience and ideas to help the project along, and create a really effective end result. As we do all of our work in-house and bespoke design every element of the tour, it means we can make it be as interactive as the client wants - to include maps, aerial work, pop-up boxes with text or still photography, music, links to websites etc - we like the challenge of being asked to do something a bit different!

We begin our virtual tour with one of two stunning external mast shots. This is a unique system that we designed in-house, capable of capturing high-resolution panoramas from up to 8 metres. It is perfect for photographing (and taking the viewers eye) above crowds, street furniture and parked cars - it's great for the opening WOW scene to a tour. It engages the viewer and encourages them to interact with the tour.

The remaining high-resolution panoramas are shot in occupied classrooms and around the school during a normal school day to show what the school has to offer, and to really give a feel to the place. The viewer is navigated using an aerial site plan, thumbnails and interactive hot spot markers. The tour is then finished off with a bespoke Graphic User Interface (GUI) designed around the logo and colour sway of the school. See for yourself how well the 360imagery tour fits and works within their existing Home Page on their website by clicking here.

As with all of our work, it is published in HTML5 so is mobile-responsive and cross-platform compliant, working on desktop, Android and iOS devices.

Stunning 360imagery Virtual Tour of Chiswick Park, London

360imagery virtual tour of Chiswick Park, London

A 360imagery virtual tour can have many different applications. It can be used to market any given location or venue, commercial or residential developments, as educational tools or to help promote a product such as a car.....and the list goes on. Here, our tour is being used to promote the facilities and lifestyle opportunities within a business park, such as cafes, shops, restaurants, gym etc. It is aimed at both the business occupiers as well as the employees that work there.

To view the tour of Chiswick Park in London (a development designed in the late 1990's by Richard Rogers Partnership), either click here or on the post image above.

360imagery were commissioned by the on site management team, "Enjoy Work" (www.enjoy-work.com), after we met at a recent exhibition. They were very impressed by both the quality and the interactivity that a 360imagery panoramic virtual tour can offer, both for external and internal scenes. For example, externally we use pop up boxes to link to local transport networks, info about other business premises on the Chiswick High Road etc and other useful information. Internally, text annotations throughout the tour provide useful information about the various offerings available - with the ability of seeing cafe/restaurant opening times, links to each website, menu download, etc.

With 11 scenes in total, we begin our tour with a stunning 'WOW' opening external scene, shot using our unique mast system from 8 metres high. All 8 of the external shots use this technique which we developed in-house to capture high resolution panoramas from this height. It is perfect for photographing above crowds, street furniture and parked cars etc, and gives a real impact to the opening scene. It really engages the viewer to want to explore more.

The viewer is navigated using arrows, thumbnails and an aerial site plan with interactive hot spot markers.

The virtual tour is finished off with a bespoke Graphic User Interface (GUI) designed around the development corporate identity, logo and colour sway. It blends perfectly into their existing website.

As with all of our work, it is published in HTML5 so is fully mobile-responsive and cross-platform compliant, working on desktop, Android and iOS.

360imagery have been busy creating more 360 virtual tours for Crest Nicholson. We are proud to say we have been working with Crest Nicholson for many years, as their sole supplier of virtual tours. This particular project took us in June of this year to Tileman House, in Putney.

Crest Nicholson have recognised for a long time the benefits of a 360imagery virtual tour to promote and market their various properties, throughout the UK. Check out the tour for yourself (by clicking here, or on post image above) to see just how effective our tour is at showing off this contemporary collection of stunning 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses.  This particular tour is of a 2 bed apartment within Tileman House, and is one of 4 show apartments we photographed recently.

This stunning 10-scene virtual tour, as with all of our work, is shot in high definition and then bespoke designed around the development logo and colour sways. All of our work is undertaken in-house and we pride ourselves on both the quality of the end-result, and also the interactivity we are able to incorporate into our bespoke tours. It can range from simple floor plans and thumbnails, to very complex pop-up boxes, with still photography, text, brochures, music etc. Basically whatever the client wants! There is nothing 'off the shelf' about a 360imagery virtual tour.

This particular tour is navigated using a floor plan with interactive hot-spot markers, markers within each scene and a text-based pop-up menu of this amazing apartment. As is standard with all of our work, it is published in HTML5 for cross-platform, mobile-responsive viewing.
